- Pick 2-3 essential oils from each scent category.
- Smell each of them and document:
- Rate the scent on a scale of 1 (worst) – 10 (the best)
- How does it make you feel?
- Choose your application method – nasal atomizer, roll-on, spray, or body oil
- Make a blend following the 3-2-1 rule of blending
- The ones you rated a 10 – add 3 drops each
- The ones you rated a 9 – add 3 drops each
