      This Ayurvedic digestive mix is a wholesome blend of traditional herbs and spices, including amla (Indian gooseberry), yashtimadhu (licorice), giloy, ushir (khus), rock sugar (mishri), coriander seeds (dhania), and fennel seeds (saunf).       How To Use | What Is The Right Dosage

      Take half a teaspoon of this mix with water, preferably the one stored in a matka (clay pot), for a cooling effect. Nutritionist Shweta recommends having it on an empty stomach, early in the morning and before dinner.
